Van Metropolitan Municipality Seminar for Drivers: Van Metropolitan Municipality organized a seminar about communication rules and costume for public transport drivers.
The Metropolitan Municipality continues its citizen-oriented services. The Department of Transportation organized a seminar for the drivers in the conference hall of the municipality. Trainer psychologist Nursen Avcı, participated in the seminar by municipal bus drivers. The drivers were informed about the rules of communication, costume dressing, passenger transport safety, traffic awareness and a seminar on traffic rules.
Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Fazıl Tamer said, imiz Our drivers will be moved to the smart ticket system to facilitate the work. The smart ticket will be good for our citizens as well as facilitate the work of the drivers. As Metropolitan Municipality, we started trainings for the drivers who carry public transportation in the city. Tamer noted that it is necessary to be sensitive to the substances that are not allowed to be transported on the municipal buses. He also called on the complaints lines of the citizens who complained about the drivers or the applications and made the notifications.
