Work has begun on the joint project of TÜBİTAK and TÜDEMSAŞ: The work of the "Strategic Management, Process Management and Establishment of an Internal Control System" initiated between TÜBİTAK and TÜDEMSAŞ.
Turkey Railway Machines Industry Inc. (TÜDEMSAŞ) General Directorate of TÜBİTAK TÜSSİDE in the 13 March 2017 i Strategic Management, Process Management and Internal Control System X was signed by the project TUBEMSAŞ.
The studies for the preparation of the Strategic Plan, which will be prepared within the scope of the "Strategic Management, Process Management and Establishing the Internal Control System" project, have been initiated.
The main targets were determined as follows:
• In the context of corporate analysis, the stakeholders, the existing documents, products / services, equivalent institutions, etc. evaluation of the current situation of the institution and analysis of needs
• Preparation of Corporate Strategic Plan
• Analysis of existing processes, determination of appropriate process model and hierarchy, documentation and process related to performance and establishment of process management system according to organizational structure
• Establishment of internal control systematic in order to provide better quality and transparent service and to be prepared with the participation of senior and middle level managers and process owners
