Access to the Book Fair in Kocaeli is very easy with free ring trips: Free ring rides will be organized to provide easy access to the 13th Kocaeli Book Fair, which will be organized by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality between 21-9 May, for citizens and university students. During the 9.Kocaeli Book Fair, vehicles departing from the Otogar at one hour intervals between 10.30-19.30 will carry passengers to the Book Fair.
