Happy End in Collective Labor Agreement at KARDEMİR: KARDEMİR A.Ş. The 2017th Period Collective Bargaining Agreement between 2018-13 between Çelik İş Union and Çelik İş Union was concluded with an agreement.
KARDEMİR A.Ş. Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors Kamil Güleç, General Manager Ercüment Ünal and other officials, Çelik İş Union President Yunus Değirmenci, Headquarters Managers and Sendika Karabük Branch Management participated in the session as a result of the parties departed from the table.
With the contract signed, employees' hourly labor charges;
8,75 for the first six months,
CPI for the second six months,
5 for the third six months,
5 for the fourth six months
has been increased.
However, in the collective bargaining agreement, 16,34 was increased for the first year and CPI was increased for the second year.
Workers who were employed in the 2010 and who had not yet reached their current level, were also registered as a result of this collective bargaining agreement.
