CHP's Gök asked about the shortcomings of the Çayyolu - Kızılay metro line

CHP's Gök asked for the shortcomings of the Çayyolu-Kızılay subway line: Levent Gök, who was CHP's, asked why the Söğütözü-Ankaray connection, which was completed years ago, is still not opened and why the shortcomings of the Çayyolu-Kızılay subway line are not eliminated.

Gök used the following statement in his question motion:
Kızılay - Çayyolu metro line was put into service in 2014. Although it has been completed, the Söğütözü - Aşti Ankaray connection has not yet been put into service. Our citizens using the Çayyolu subway can get off at the Söğütözü stop and reach AŞTİ by taking the minibus or bus to reach AŞTİ. Since the connection has not been completed, other stops on the Ankaray line can be reached via the Kızılay connection. The subway line did not facilitate transportation as expected, and Ankara residents were victimized by distant connections. Eskişehir road is a main artery with heavy vehicle traffic with the settlements and public buildings on both sides. Most of the metro stations lined along the Eskişehir road do not have a pedestrian underpass that will ensure safe passage across the road. The pedestrian underpass at Bilkent station is frequently closed for various reasons and at the same time, our citizens leaving Bilkent station find themselves in the vehicle traffic.

In the light of this information:
1. Why was the Söğütözü - AŞTİ Ankaray connection not put into service although its construction was completed?
2. Do you find it correct that Ankaray and Metro lines, which are expected to ease the city traffic, require overground transportation in most directions?
3. What is the annual income of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality from private bus and minibus lines in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017?
4. Why is the crossing of pedestrians using the stations on Eskişehir road not provided with safe underpasses?
5. How is it ensured that our disabled citizens pass to both sides of the road after using these metro stations?
6. Is there any work done for the deficiencies of Çayyolu metro line, which has been in service for more than 3 years?
