Rail assembly at Akçaray Tram Line was completed: The installation of the 7 bin 400 meter rail of the Akçaray Tram Line project, which was built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality in our city, was completed. In addition, the seventh of Akçaray trolley vehicles was lowered to the tracks.
INSTALLATION COMPLETED
Rail assembly works have been completed in Tramway works that will serve between Sekapark and Intercity Bus Terminal of Metropolitan Municipality. The gaps between the ends of the rail assemblies are welded together. Then the last set of geometry of the line is done.

On the other hand, the seventh of the 12 Tramway vehicles that will serve under the Akçaray Project were brought to Kocaeli. The tram car produced in Bursa was lowered to the tracks in the area next to the Intercity Bus Terminal. In the factory located in Bursa, the tests of the completed vehicle will be fully received after the rail compatibility tests are done.
33 METER WILL BE
Within the framework of the project, the 12 tramway vehicle will be purchased by the Metropolitan. A vehicle in the 5 module will be 33 meters long and will have the capacity of 294 passengers.
