Turkey's first certified welder was admitted to the courses which will be taught by rail about 120 people. Among the applicants, the 30 person who was certified in the field of rail systems, was selected as an 30 adult who was trained in the field but could not find a job. The first group of trainees began their classes with instructors who are experts in the field of aluminum welding in the TCDD Ankara Training Center and İzmir TCDD 3 District Directorate. In addition to the theoretical courses, each of the courses will continue mainly 15 days. The courses will be completed in 40 June 16 in Izmir and Ankara. The third and the last group of courses will be held in 2017-3 July in Erzincan.

After the trainings, the trainees will take the exam in the certification body authorized by the VQA. successful candidates in the exam, which will be the first time Turkey will have Alümünotermit Ray Welder Certificate. Under the project, at least 20 of unemployed trainees entitled to receive certificates will be employed.
