The number of rubber-coated level crossings is increasing: TCDD Afyonkarahisar 7th Regional Directorate carried out the first rubber coating work of 2017 on the İhsaniye-Karacaahmet road in İhsaniye. The number of level crossings with rubber coating for the safe passage of trains and vehicles in TCDD level crossings is increasing day by day.
State Railways of the Republic of Turkey Afyonkarahisar 7. Regional Directorate of Ihsaniye-Karacaahmet road on the level crossing rubber coating was made.
While the coating work of level crossings has increased rapidly in recent years by TCDD, the first rubber coating work of 2017 was carried out in İhsaniye.
Due to the heavy vehicle traffic in the crossings, rubber coating was made considering the safe passage of both trains and road vehicles.
While the İhsaniye - Karacaahmet road was temporarily closed to traffic due to the works, TCDD 7th Regional Director Adem Sivri, İhsaniye Mayor Şaban Çabuk, and Provincial General Assembly member İrfan Seçen participated in the activities.
TCDD Afyonkarahisar 7th Regional Manager Adem Sivri said in his social media account, “We made the first Level Crossing Rubber Coating investment in our region in 2017 at the crossing on the İhsaniye-Karacaahmet road in İhsaniye. Best wishes." said.
After the level crossing works, Adem Sivri, who visited İhsaniye District Governorship, wished the newly appointed Alper Taş well.
