Electrical Wires of Akçaray Tram Line are being Pulled: In the Akçaray Tramway project, which was built by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, the drafting works of the wires continue at full speed in the catheter line where the vehicles will receive electricity. Within the scope of the study, wire drawing was completed on the region up to Yahya Kaptan Bridge Interchange.
LINE ENERGY STATIONS
Within the scope of the works carried out along the line, traction wire and carrier will be drawn on the main line and 420 masts are planned to be erected on the line at 129 storage area. In the works carried out to date, carrier was drawn to 3 thousand 576 m area and navigation wire was drawn to 3 thousand 886 m area along the line. In addition, the sewing process of the 212 poles has come to an end.
ENERGY TRANSMISSION WILL BE PROVIDED
This line consists of carrier and navigation wire. The pantograph on the vehicle will take the energy from the navigation wire to the vehicle and the energy required for the vehicle will be provided from these places. In the studies carried out to date, the work was completed until the crossroads at Yahya Kaptan Quarter.
