In İzmir Torbalı, vehicle underpass counts the days for opening: With the arrival of İZBAN to the district, Torbalı entered a new era in public transportation.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which has provided Torbalı fast and comfortable transportation with İZBAN in partnership with TCDD, has added a new vehicle underpass to the district. Tepeköy Neighborhood Ismetpaşa Street on the vehicle overpass, prepared as a road and bridge, but upon the intense demand from the people of the district, the project was revised as a vehicle underpass ended. TO BE OPENED IN THE NEW YEAR
After the change, bored pile productions, elevator towers, closed section flooring, headboard beams and pedestrian railings were completed within the scope of the project which was moved to the intersection of 4543 Street and 3677 Street. The construction of the prefabricated panels in the underpass has ended. After the installation of elevators, asphalt and landscaping was completed.
7 MILLION IS THE GOODS FOR TL
The 2 meter-long vehicle underpass, including the 220 PCS pedestrian lift, cost approximately 7 million TL. Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Aziz Kocaoglu who visited the district, the planned overpass project was abandoned at the request of the citizens reminded that the construction process was extended for this reason.
