At the beginning of the railway accidents, which resulted in loss of life in the national railway infrastructure network of our country, level crossing accidents occurred and the measures to be taken for the prevention of these accidents were discussed and the difficulties experienced during the construction, maintenance and operation of the railway level crossings were discussed.
