Collective Bargaining Agreement Signed in İzmir Metro: While the strike in İZBAN was resolved with the initiative of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu, the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations covering 310 employees at İZMİR METRO A.Ş. ended with the signature at the first meeting with the mediator.

Railway-İş Union and İzmir Metropolitan Municipality rail transit company İzmir Metro A.Ş. The contract, which was concluded as a result of interviews covering 310 employees, was signed with an average of 11 percent hike for the first year. As a result of the hikes made at a rate of 5,73 percent and 14 percent, the lowest bare gross wages in İzmir Metro AŞ. Increased to 1.850 TL and the highest bare gross wages increased to 3 thousand 780 TL. In the second year, employees will receive rate hikes to compensate for inflation. On the other hand, bonuses will be fixed to 90 days in the first year and will reach 100 days in the second year.
