From the Mayor of Üsküdar Railroad System and Tunnel

Rail System and Tunnel Annunciation from the Mayor of Üsküdar: Üsküdar Mayor Hilmi Türkmen gave the residents of Üsküdar-Beykoz railroad and tunnel, which is planned to be completed by 2021, at the latest.
Üsküdar Municipality 2017 budget was discussed in the city council and accepted by majority of votes. The budget, which includes the planned investments and projects and expenditure items in the district, passed through the parliament as 410 million TL. President Hilmi Türkmen explained the 2 major projects to be implemented in Üsküdar for the first time and gave the good news that a metro line and Harem-Beylerbeyi-Küçüksu Tunnel will be built between Üsküdar-Beykoz.
THE PERFORMANCE PROGRAM WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH A MULTIPLICATION
Üsküdar City Council held its regular meeting in October to discuss the 2017 Fiscal Year Budget and the Strategic Plan and the Performance Program. In the meeting, the Strategic Plan and the Performance Program prepared in line with the goals and objectives included in the Strategic Plan were also accepted by majority of votes.
410 MILLION PERIOD BUDGET
Üsküdar Mayor Hilmi Türkmen, Vice-Presidents, AK Party and CHP Council members as well as Üsküdar Municipality unit managers attended the budget meetings held in Üsküdar Municipality Council Hall. The 410 budget of 2017 million liras including the planned investments and projects in the district and expenditure items of the directorate was submitted to the parliament. In the voting, the budget was passed by the majority of votes.
PRESIDENT TURKMEN GIVES THE MAJOR OF TWO GREAT PROJECTS
Evaluating the budget negotiations, President Hilmi Türkmen, in addition to the 'Urban Transformation' activities to be held this period; 'Üsküdar Square Arrangement' also gave information about the projects to be done and to be carried out in the fields of cleaning, education, health, sports, culture, arts and social aid. Mentioning that he met with Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Kadir Topbaş, Mayor Türkmen gave the good news of the 2 big projects to be started in Üsküdar during the budget negotiations.
ÜSKÜDAR-BEYKOZ BETWEEN METRO COMING
President Hilmi Türkmen stated that Kadir Topbaş said he could share it with the public. Starting from the immediate exit of Marmaray, a new subway line will be built in Beykoz. HAREM-BEYLERBEYİ-KÜÇÜKSU TUNNEL
President Türkmen said that another big project to be made in Üsküdar will start from Harem and extend to Beykoz. President Türkmen said, “The other project will start from Harem again. Beylerbeyi Stadium will immediately exit from the place where it is located, continues underground again and reach to Küçüksu. The Tunnel project, where tire wheeled vehicles will pass, will also be implemented. These two projects will be carried out simultaneously. One will be the metro and the other will be a tunnel for wheeled vehicles. ” He gave the good news to the people of Üsküdar.
