Stating that the development of a country and a city is proportional to transportation, Prof. Dr. Ilıcalı said, “Transportation is the driving force of the economy. Referring to the meeting held at the Ministry of Development, Ilıcalı said, “Erzurum has a potential in many fields such as organic agriculture, winter Olympics and geothermal energy. We held a meeting at the Ministry of Development with Minister of Development Recep Akdağ and his deputies.
