CHPli from 3. law proposal for the bridge and route

Law proposal for the 3rd bridge and its route from the CHPli Tek: CHP's Gürsel Tekin said, “3. All of the areas on the bridge and its route must be declared a protected area. New settlements should not be allowed on this bridge and its surroundings before the destruction grows further, while there is still time. ”
CHP Istanbul Deputy Gürsel Tekin has submitted a law proposal to declare all areas on the 3rd bridge and its route as a first degree site.
Defending that the natural resources of people and animals have been harmed in the grounds of the law proposal he gave to the Turkish Parliament Presidency, Tekin said, “The forests killed due to the construction of the 3rd Bridge were also the home of many animal species. The hills, which were lush until a few years ago, now look like barren land. "The ecosystem of the region has been damaged due to the cut trees, the water basins have started to pollute, and the carbon from the cars has already begun to mix with the waters we use."
"3. THE SITE AREA OF THE AREAS IN THE BRIDGE AND ITS ROUTE MUST BE ANNOUNCED ”
The justification of the law proposal of the CHP Tekin to Parliament is as follows:
In the article 63 of the Constitution titled 'Protection of historical, cultural and natural assets', the state; He stated that supportive and encouraging measures will be taken for this purpose to protect historical, cultural and natural assets and values. In this context, Istanbul has a privileged position in the world with its 2500-year historical heritage where the two continents are connected. In addition to this unique feature, Istanbul is a city that can achieve this naturally, while all the metropolises of the world make great efforts to increase the fresh air rate thanks to the forests in the North and the northern winds that dominate the region. Forest areas and water basins in the north of the city constitute approximately 3 percent of the route through which the 75rd Bridge and connection roads, the construction of which was completed and opened for use in the past days, have passed. At the same time, the Archeological site was declared by the Cultural Heritage Conservation Board on the 3rd Bridge and its route, and the presence of settlements is known. Forests slaughtered due to the construction of the 3rd Bridge were also home to many animal species. The hills, which were lush until a few years ago, now look like barren land. The ecosystem of the region has been damaged due to the cut trees, the water basins have started to pollute and the carbon from the cars has already begun to mix into the waters we use. The building in the ecological areas of the city, which must be absolutely protected, is increasing day by day. Land speculation is climbing, it is not known how many times the lands that were closed cheaply changed hands. Even while the projects are still under construction, hundreds of real estate projects are offered for sale in and around the Northern Forests. Now the same rule-free game is wanted to be played in our lungs, in the last remaining large natural area of the city. In order to stop this great destruction imposed on people, animals, and nature for the interests of 3-5 pool companies, speculators, renters hiding behind the excuse of transportation, all the areas on the 3rd Bridge and its route must be declared a protected area. New settlements should not be allowed in this bridge and its surroundings before the destruction grows further, while there is still time. ”
'The Law Proposal for Amendment to the Law on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage' is as follows:
“Article 1 - The following additional article has been added to the Law on Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage dated 21.07.1983 and numbered 2863.
ADDITIONAL ARTICLE - 7 All the surroundings on the European and Anatolian side of the 3rd Bridge built within the borders of Istanbul Province and all the routes through which the connection roads pass have been declared as first degree protected areas.
Article 2- This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
