Nostalgic tram was approved by IMM

The nostalgic tram has been approved by IMM: The plan of the nostalgic tram line, one of the brand projects of Esenler Mayor Mehmet Tevfik Göksu, was accepted by the IMM Council and entered into the plans.
Esenler Mayor Mehmet Tevfik Göksu, who has washed away the perception of Esenler in the minds of people with his brand projects and collected the impartiality of the people from all walks of life with his works, heralded the significant progress in the nostalgic tram project.
The plan of the tram line, which came to the agenda during this month's session of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, was accepted by the members of the Assembly and was put into the plans. Esenler Mayor Mehmet Tevfik Göksu also shared the good news with the community through social media accounts.
From O3 to University
13 The project, which was awarded on January 2016, will start from the O3 highway and will pass through Atışalanı and Davutpaşa Street and end at the entrance of Yıldız Technical University.
Atışalanı Avenue will be pedestrianized
Dörtyol Square will extend to Avicenna Hospital. The traffic on the Atışalanı Avenue will be shifted to a different route and the street will be pedestrianized until a certain part.

The Nostalgic tram project and the thousands of students on the campus of Yildiz Technical University will make it easier to reach Dörtyol Square, the busiest place in Esenler. Places on the crossing of the tram line are expected to catch a different air.
