The route of the Çanakkale Bridge became clear

The route of the Çanakkale Bridge has been determined: The highway connecting Istanbul to Balıkesir via Çanakkale Bridge will start from Silivri, cross the Bosphorus and end in Balya district of Balıkesir.
Istanbul-Çanakkale-Balıkesir highway project was pressed for the button. With the Build-Operate-Transfer model, the route of the 2023 km-long highway project, which is planned to be commissioned in 9 and calculated as 843 billion 324,415 million pounds, became clear.
The route whose official name is 'Channel Tekirdağ Çanakkale Savaştepe 1st and 2nd section highway' project; It will start from Istanbul's Silivri District, pass through the Marmara Ereğlisi, Çorlu, Süleymanpaşa and Malkara districts of Tekirdağ and reach Çanakkale. Çanakkale Bridge highway route will end in Balya district of Balıkesir through Gallipoli, Lapseki, Çan and Yenice districts of Çanakkale. When the project is completed, it will connect Istanbul to Çanakkale and then to the North Aegean.
ONE WAY WILL WORK
The highway route, which has a total length of 324,415 km, will have a total of 3 lanes, 3 departures and 6 arrivals. All junction roads on the highway will operate in one lane and one direction. There will also be 20 intersections or entry-exit stations on the route with Kınalı and Balıkesir highway connections. In addition, the speed of entry and exit to the highway was determined as 80 km per hour, and 50 km in places where environmental conditions are bad. Kınalı Tekirdağ Çanakkale Savaştepe 1, and 2, Cut Highway is one of the most important highway projects of 2023 that will connect Istanbul to Çanakkale and then to the North Aegean.
ALTERNATIVE TO BOSPHORUS TRANSITION
The project was also planned to create a new alternative to the Istanbul Bosphorus Crossing. In line with these works, Çanakkale Strait Bridge will be a suspension bridge between Sütlüce Suluca in the northern part of the Dardanelles and will connect the European and Asian sides.
3 THREE 500 PERSON WILL WORK
7 pieces of construction sites will be installed on the planned motorway route. 3 bin 500 is planned to be operated in these construction sites.
The length of the Çanakkale Strait Bridge, which will be located between Gelibolu and Lapseki, has been calculated as 3 meters, the middle span of the bridge as 869 meters and the side span of one thousand meters. The striking detail in the length of the middle span of the bridge was that the middle span length was the same as the project completion date. With these features, the bridge is a candidate for being the bridge with the largest span in the world.
