Bombardier Transportation, the leader of rail systems technologies, takes its place as the leading participant of the InnoTrans 2016 International Exhibition for Transport Technology in Berlin, Germany. 20-23 September 2016 will give visitors the opportunity to closely explore the full range of Bombardier products and services. This year, Bombardier will introduce its products with an impressive virtual technology that demonstrates how all the solutions in its portfolio respond to the mobility issues facing cities around the world.
"We see the InnoTrans Fair as an opportunity to communicate with our customers and better understand their needs," said Laurent Troger, President of Bombardier Transportation. Today, countries and governments across the world face similar challenges: urbanization, pollution, digitalization, population, and especially the rise in emerging markets. Rail systems are already playing a key role in solving these problems, and more are needed. As Bombardier Transportation, building the future of mobility with our customers is our basic principle. ”
Bombardier will be exhibiting the BOMBARDIER MOVIA Maxx subway platform at the Innotrans Fair for the first time. Designed for fast-growing cities around the world, the high-capacity MOVIA Maxx metro offers maximum value based on a single, modular and flexible solution that can be easily adapted to the different needs of operators. Today, the financial affordability of a metro project is seen as a more important prerequisite than ever. For this reason, the MOVIA Maxx metro platform is designed to provide the most ideal cost in terms of passenger capacity, energy consumption, reliability and availability.
Bombardier will also present the BOMBARDIERTALENT 3, which represents the next generation of the TALENT regional train line. Built on the success of previous models, the TALENT 3 platform provides operational flexibility with energy efficiency and improved maintenance. TALENT 3 stands out as an ideal train across Europe. With its European train control (ETCS) system, it is capable of being used in various European rail systems. Proof of conformity to TSI and EN standardization systems can be used throughout Europe. The TALENT 3 is the first to use the BOMBARDIER PRIMOVE lithium-ion battery system with electric multiple TALENT trains.
In addition, visitors will find the opportunity to see the service solutions that Bombardier offers worldwide with its work. From revision to modernization, from operation to maintenance-maintenance and long-term supply agreements, Bombardier's services increase the reliability of a fleet, while at the same time optimizing operating costs. The main point here is the BOMBARDIER OPTIFLO solution, which includes all of the after-sales services such as help desk, technical support, wear management, asset and configuration management. The OPTIFLO solution is the pioneer of the Bombardier Infrastructure Management System, which uses software and hardware to receive performance data from signal systems and products.
The 2016 20 23-2.2 will be available at the InnoTrans 101 in Messe Berlin. At Hall XNUMX you can visit Bombardier.
In addition to the vehicles to be offered at InnoTrans, Bombardier Transportation continues to develop proven locomotive and tram platforms.
