As part of the Sekapark-Otogar Tram Line Project, which is being constructed by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, 30 September 2016 will be changed during the study period on a part of İzmit Thursday Market Junction.

Public transportation vehicles using the D-100 route alongside the Justice Bridge Interchange, turning around the island at the Thursday Market Junction, turn left again at the intersection of Şehit Rafet Karacan Boulevard and Atatürk Bulvarı, turning right again before the Thursday Market Junction and turning left on the Thursday Pazarı Junction. The junction will follow the direction of D-100.
