BTK railway project's work in Georgia has been accelerated

BTK railway project was accelerated work in Georgia: Turkey looked forward to the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway project, accelerating work on Georgian territory.

The Georgian part of the BTK project is divided into 29,2 stages, including Marabda-Tetirskaro (49,7 km), Tetriskaro-Salka (74,1km), Salka-Ahılkelek (26,3 km) and Ahılkelek-Karsahi (4 km).
In the context of railway construction, Azmammadov stated that large-scale infrastructure works, buildings and bridge constructions were completed and that 4 tunnels are currently underway.
Sözcü30, which was ordered by Stadler for BTK, announced that the 10 will be removed even in August.
Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, built to 2007 years in Georgia, carried out between Turkey and Azerbaijan began with international agreements.
The railway line, with a total length of up to 840 km, will operate from 1 million passengers and 6,5 million tons of cargo per year from the very beginning. Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, built in parallel with the Marmaray Project, will provide uninterrupted rail transportation from China to Europe.
