6 new metro lines and Haliçe tube crossing project to Istanbul

6 new metro lines to Istanbul and Golden Horn tube crossing project: Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality announced the new transportation projects planned. Accordingly, the traffic will be submerged under water by making a tube passage to the Golden Horn. At the end of the project, Unkapanı Bridge will be removed. In addition, 6 new metro lines are on the way for Istanbul.
With the project that is the first underwater bridge in the world, the water flow will accelerate.
The underwater bridge that will be built on the stakes that will be installed on the sea floor will be constructed at 8,5 meter below sea level.
Unkapanı Bridge, which prevents the flow of water with its structure, will be completely removed at the end of the project.

The tender for the new project will be held this month. The project will be implemented within 700 days after the delivery of the place to the contractor firm.

NEW METRO LINES TO ISTANBUL
Bağcılar, Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Başakşehir and Esenyurt district are coming to the subway. Mahmutbey-Esenyurt line will be connected to Istanbul metro from Mecidiyeköy stop. 3 is scheduled to be launched in the year.
Metro line was planned between Başakşehir and Kayaşehir. 6 4 will be completed in the year.
The metro line between Bağcılar and Küçükçekmece will be 9,7 kilometers long. HalkalıThis new line with 9 stations, bringing subway to Turkey, will be put into service within 3 years.

A tender for Ümraniye-Ataşehir-Göztepe subway will be held in August. There will be 13 station, even about 11 kilometers long.
Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli metro will be 17,8 kilometers long. When the project is completed, uninterrupted travel will be provided from Üsküdar to Sultanbeyli.
Pendik-Kaynarca-Tuzla metro line is planned as 11,7 kilometers. The tender of the project will be held in August.
