Access to the Democracy Watch in Izmir Becomes Free: As in the rest of the country, citizens of Izmir continue their democracy watch until the morning against the coup attempt. Stating that the people of İzmir continue to hold a democracy watch by increasing their enthusiasm every day, Bülent Delican, AK Party İzmir Provincial Chairman, said that from tomorrow morning, transportation to Konak Square will be free in the morning and evening.
The democracy watch of the citizens who took to the streets upon the call of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan against the coup attempt on the night of July 15 continues on its 12th day. Country lovers who took to the squares to resist the coup attempt do not leave Konak Square empty in Izmir. Thousands of Izmir residents, who filled the area with the sunset, made frequent coups and cheers against Fethullah Gülen, the leader of FETO, during the democracy watch that started with the recitation of the Quran.
Transportation to Konak Square is free
Stating that the people of İzmir continue to hold a democracy watch by increasing enthusiasm every day, AK Party İzmir Provincial Chairman Bülent Delican said, “There is a very intense participation, they want to participate even more. Today we met with İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu about this and conveyed the demands of the citizens. Our citizens want free transportation, ”he said.
Explaining that the democracy guards came to the square with sacrifices, Delican said, “Our citizens want additional flights so that they can leave in the morning. I conveyed these requests to Aziz Kocaoğlu. He also welcomed. After that, arrivals and departures to the area will be free of charge. There will be buses to the square from some districts ”and gave the good news that starting tomorrow morning, transportation to Konak Square will be free in the morning and evening hours.

Speaking about the campaign launched by the people of Izmir on social media, Delican said, “It is important that there is a July 15 Martyrs and Democracy Square in Izmir. Anyway, Konak Square is also called Democracy Square. "We need to pass these days on to new generations, we need to keep these days alive".

FETÖ victim police officers came to the square with a banner saying, "The police who could not be appointed in 1803 are ready to watch".
