Immovables Belonging to Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Will Be Transferred to TCDD: Within the scope of the project to increase the existing 2 train lines between Ankara Station and Kayaş Station to 4 lines, the immovables belonging to the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality on the railway route will be transferred to TCDD.
According to the written statement made by the Metropolitan Municipality, the presidency letter on the subject was discussed at the council meeting chaired by the Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Melih Gökçek.
Within the scope of the project of increasing the existing 2 lines between Ankara Train Station and Kayaş Station to 4, which will be carried out by TCDD, the presidential letter stipulating the transfer of the total area of ​​4 thousand165 square meters belonging to the Metropolitan Municipality, which is located in different parts of the new railway route, in return for its price in accordance with Article 30 of the Expropriation Law. , it was requested that a decision be made for the Metropolitan Municipality Council to be authorized in order to transfer these areas to TCDD.
The decision to authorize the Municipal Committee to transfer the area under the ownership of the Metropolitan Municipality to TCDD was taken unanimously.
In the Assembly Meeting, the proposal for the restoration of the Ankara Union of Tradesmen and Craftsmen's Central Building by the Metropolitan Municipality was unanimously accepted.
