According to the MTSO statement, in the first phase, the opinions of the sector representatives are taken and professional competences are determined for the foreign trade and logistics sector. an accredited examination of the current situation in foreign trade and logistics sector in Turkey and has no certification center. When the work is completed in June 2017 MTSO, accredited testing and certification exam and will be the first in foreign trade and logistics center in Turkey and Certification Center.
Within the framework of the VOC Test Centers-II Grant Program, Human Resources Development Operational Program, a workshop for the preparation of professional qualifications for the Foreign Trade Officer and Logistics Operations Managers was organized within the framework of the Bel MTSO Personnel Certification Center Installation and Operation Project İşlet presented by the MTSO Projects Directorate and approved by the EU. Within the scope of the workshop, expert consultants who met with sector representatives acted as moderator in the professional competence study to be prepared for logistics operations managers and foreign trade personnel. After a week of work, the Logistics Operations Manager (level 6), Foreign Trade Officer (level 5), Logistics Operations Officer (level 5), Foreign Trade Person (Level 4), International Trade Specialist (Level 6) 5 qualification and national occupational standard to be determined.
The competence to be prepared jointly with the sector representatives will be harmonized by the consultants in the next period and will be prepared in the format requested by the Vocational Qualification Authority (MYK) and submitted to the VQA approval. After the studies, MTSO in the field of foreign trade and logistics will receive TURKAK 17024 Personnel Certification Accreditation. Similarly, accreditation will also be completed from the Vocational Qualifications Authority in these headings. These services after the MTSO, Turkey to respond to all requests coming from the public.
