Pazarcık Freight Train Hit the Car 1 Dead, 1 Injured: 25-year-old Mahmut Ceren died in the car crashed by the train in Pazarcık District of Kahramanmaraş, while the driver, 32-year-old Ahmet Şaşkara, was injured.
The accident occurred at the exit of Pazarcık District. The train number 53283, which carries cargo from Malatya to İskenderun, crashed into a 46 HU 365 license plate car under the direction of Ahmet Şaşkara. Car driver Şaşkara and Mahmut Ceren were injured in the accident. Mahmut Ceren, one of the injured who was taken to Necip Fazıl City Hospital by an ambulance by the medical officers who came to the scene upon notice, lost his life despite the intervention in the emergency room.
The investigation is continuing regarding the accident in which the treatment of car driver Ahmet Şaşkara continues.
