During the construction of the underpass to be constructed by TCDD, the workers of the science affairs office stated that new traffic flows should be provided on the boulevard to ensure that the citizens are not too many victims. For this purpose; The direction of Celal Bayar Bulvari-Ankara Boulevard was followed by Gazi University Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and continued from the rear of Alo Cenaze and the traffic would be connected to Celal Bayar Boulevard and the traffic of Celal Bayar Bulvari-Sıhhiye direction would be provided via Ali Suavi Street.
Science officials stated that the works to open a service road parallel to Celal Bayar Boulevard in front of Gazi University Faculty of Architecture for the new traffic regime, stated that the infrastructure maintenance and asphalt renewal works will be completed in a short time in order for Ali Suavi Street to absorb the traffic load that will occur.
Authorities said, “After we provide the new flow of traffic in Celal Bayar Boulevard, the underpass construction will start by TCDD. They said, "According to our estimation, the construction will start with the closing of the schools."
