15 May1891 The Lefke-Bilecik line (36 km) was opened. 125 thousand francs were spent per kilometer.
15 May 1923 acquires some shares of the Orient Bank of Zurich in Zurich. This bank; Anatolian Railways, Haydarpasa Port, Konya Plain Irva and Iska Company and Mersin-Tarsus-Adana was in control of the railways.
