Corrective actions regarding Konya - Karaman - Ulukışla 29 Line Section Signaling and Telecommunication Systems Construction tender with the number 2014/2014 KİK, whose bids were collected on December 120016, 2 by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways, was completed.

The approximate cost of the 94.594.400 Euro has been awarded by the Yapı Merkezi - Elsitel Elektromekanik joint venture with the 68.410.556 Euro bid. After the expiry of the legal process, the joint venture will be invited for the contract.

The joint venture of Transsignalslroy A.Ş - Kolin Construction appealed to the JCC for the result of the tender and the JCC rejected the joint venture's objection. At this stage, the joint venture applied to the Court and the decision of the JCC was canceled by the Court. The JCC also decided to take corrective action regarding the tender.
