4 new stations for Sultanbeyli-Kurtköy metro: EIA process has started for Sultanbeyli - Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train Station Metro Line, which is planned to be built in Sultanbeyli district on the Anatolian Side.

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for the Sultanbeyli-Kurtköy High Speed ​​Railway Station Project was planned to be carried out by the Directorate of Infrastructure Projects of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Studies and Projects.

Sultanbeyli - Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train Station Metro Line Project, with the subway line project whose project cost is determined as 320 million, is in order to extend the Üsküdar - Dudullu - Çekmeköy Metro Line, which is still under construction, in the direction of Sarıgazi - Sancaktepe - Sultanbeyli. Plan to extend to the Train Station. With the addition of the new line, Çekmeköy – Sancaktepe – Sultanbeyli Central Metro Line will be extended from Sultanbeyli to Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train Station. With the project, which will greatly ease the traffic, the Ankara - Istanbul High Speed ​​Train Line will also be connected.

With the addition of the planned Sultanbeyli - Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train Station Metro Line, the 8 station will be added to the 4 station in Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli line. The subway line project, which is planned to be built in an area that will form the backbone of public transportation, will be an important alternative for trips with private vehicles.

The metro line that will start from Sultanbeyli station will end at Kurtköy High Speed ​​Station. On the line with a total length of 5,35 km, there will be Gölet, Akşemsettin, Fair Area and Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train stations.

Sultanbeyli-Kurtköy High Speed ​​Train Station Metro Line Project, which will start in 2019 by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, will be completed in a 4-year construction and testing period. The project, which is planned to be opened at the beginning of 2023, will be operated 18 hours a day.
