Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone Will Be Established in Sivas: Sivas Governor Bilen Barut announced that a “Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone” will be established in the city.

Stating that it was decided to establish the 850nd Organized Industrial Zone in the 2 hectare square at the Demir Çelik Factory location in order to restore Sivas, which is the “Railway City” with the investments it received in the first years of the Republic, within this scope, He stated that the title of the million 5 thousand 203 square meters of immovable property was taken over on April 141, 2, instead of the Central 22nd Organized Industrial Zone Legal entity.
For the expropriation of the remaining part and the construction of infrastructure, it should be taken into the 2016 deposit program and this proposal has been forwarded to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Informatics. Barut announced that it will start to determine the land in 2016.
Governor Barut, said:
“At Demirağ OSB, 22 companies have so far requested to allocate 1 million 500 thousand square meters of land. The presence of railway contacts in the region, the fact that the logistics village is reported to be established in this area attracts the attention of investors who want to manufacture wagons in particular. This area, which will be allocated to Turkish Goods and many other investors, will increase railway investments in Sivas, and production and employment will increase with the accompanying cluster. May the Demirağ Organized Industrial Zone bring good and luck to our city. ”
