Modern Passenger Train Flights Re-Start

Modern Passenger Train Schedules Restarted: The construction of the Rehabilitation and Signaling Project of the Irmak-Karabük-Zonguldak Railway Line was completed and passenger transport was resumed in the Karabük-Gökçebey-Zonguldak section.
In the new arrangement made by TCDD, the trains numbered 22301 and 22302 were put into operation to operate between Zonguldak-Karabük-Zonguldak. Rehabilitation and signaling projects of Irmak-Karabük-Zonguldak line have been realized with European Union IPA funds within the scope of 'Transport Operational Program'. The passenger trains 22303 / 22304, 22305 / 22306 and 22307 / 22308 numbered between Zonguldak-Gökçebey-Zonguldak were launched. The trains 22304 and 22307 will be operated as double series.
22301 / 22302 and 22303 / 22304 trains between Zonguldak and Filyos were unloaded.
Passenger transportation between Zonguldak-Karabuk, whose modernization works have been completed, will be carried out with modern and comfortable DMU (15000 ″ ik) type Diesel Train Sets. The sets, each with a seating capacity of 132, provide comfort close to high-speed train sets.
AK Party deputy Zonguldak Huseyin Ozbakir Zonguldak-Zonguldak Train Station departing from the Zonguldak train participated in the test drive. Özbakır'a AK Party Zonguldak Provincial Chairman Zeki Tosun was also accompanied by party members.
Özbakır expressed his happiness for the reopening of Zonguldak Railway Station and added that the official opening of the station will be realized with the arrival of the European Union officials.
Özbakır said, “We have been interested in 8 for months. Today, even if there is no official opening, trial runs begin. Officials from the European Union will be officially opened. Today we will travel between Zonguldak and Gokcebey. May our country be beneficial. ”
