YDA Construction company, whose applications were collected on June 24, 2014 by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways, and was not included in the short list in the tender for the Construction of Konya Wheat Market High Speed ​​Train Station with the number of KİK numbered 2014/44979, applied to the court for the rejection decision of the KİK and won the court.
The Court decided to cancel the decision of the Public Procurement Board dated 02.09.2015 and numbered 2015 / `` UY.III-2407, and in accordance with the reasons stated in the aforementioned court decision, in accordance with subparagraph (b) of the eleventh paragraph of Article 4734 of the Law numbered 54, decided to be determined.
As it is known, Kur İnşaat A.Ş. - Yedigöze İnşaat's joint venture also won the case it opened. Based on the court decision, it was decided to take corrective action again in the tender. According to the decision, since it is determined that there are transactions that can be corrected with corrective action, the applicant Kur İnşaat A.Ş. - Yedigöze Ins. From. Auto. İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. The pre-qualification application of the joint venture would be evaluated and the transactions after this stage would be re-performed in accordance with the legislation. Corrective actions are expected at this stage. The deadline for the bidding, which was previously postponed from March 07, 2016 to March 31, 2016, is also expected to be postponed again.
