Beylikdüzü metro awaits: The real estate market 2 is the district of Istanbul, which is considered to be 50 annually, looking for a solution to the transportation problem.

4 THOUSANDS OF 100 THOUSAND

• The value of real estate in Beylikdüzü increased by 2 annually 50. The share of cultural and social activities we have realized in this increase is big. Our district has no problem in itself. But the center of Istanbul is distressed.
• According to the latest information given to us by Kadir Topbaş, Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the tender will be held in this year's İncirli-Beylikdüzü metro line. 4 was added to the 100 thousand population annually in our region. Only one line from İncirli to Beylikdüzü is not enough. Istanbul is growing northward. Beylikdüzü needs to be connected to the north.

GET BUS BUS LINES

• There is a metro connection design in Beylikdüzü, Bahçeşehir and Başakşehir but investment planning is still not done. A transport revolution is needed here. This revolution will not happen with the 1-2 line metro. In places with dense population, metro systems should be established within itself.
• Bus lines need to be reworked and edited. Avcılar-Beylikdüzü-Büyükçekmece line sea transport is available but no concrete steps.

GREEN AREA OF 10 PERCENTAGE

• Beylikdüzü does not have any environmental problems. We have a total of about 1.5 million square meters of green space. With the 500-600 thousand square meter green area arrangement we made on the filling area, the 2 reaches more than one million square meters. This figure means the percentage of the county's 10.
• We are preparing a plan for Beylikdüzü based on the elements of life, environment and economy. We will finish in 2016 and share it with Beylikdüzü people and Istanbul. Here our aim is to reveal where the city will be after 15 years.
