Appeal to KIK for Afyonkarahisar - Uşak Section and Afyonkarahisar Pole Crossing Project halo

An objection was filed to the JCC for the result of the Afyonkarahisar - Uşak Section and the Afyonkarahisar Pole Crossing Project.
The Afyonkarahisar - Uşak (Banaz) Section (between Km l30 + 2015 Km: 2014 + 5219) and Afyonkarahisar Pole Crossing Infrastructure within the scope of Ankara - Izmir High Speed ​​Train Project with the number 94/325 KIK numbered 268/0, whose bids were collected by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways, On February 29, 2016, Nurol İnşaat - Teyda İnşaat joint venture objected to the Public Procurement Authority for the result of the Construction Work tender. At this stage, the decision of the JCC is expected.
As it is known, the Şenbay Mining-Aga Energy joint venture, which was previously rejected by the GCC, applied to the court and won the court.
The court also suspended the execution of the JCC decision. At this stage, the JCC examined the grounds of the objection and decided to prequalify the joint venture in accordance with the court decision. However, Doğuş İnşaat - Tekfen İnşaat won the tender with a bid of TL 1.254.624.003, with an approximate cost of TL 878.999.998. The tender may be canceled as the offers are opened. The subject will become clear in the coming days.
