When to start Balıkesir train service

When will Balıkesir train services start: Akın from CHP brought the train services between Ankara and Balıkesir to the TBMM agenda.
CHP Balıkesir MP and Chief Advisor Mr. Ahmet Akın asked about when to start trains from Ankara to Balıkesir. Karesi Express and Mavi Tren, between Ankara and Balıkesir, which ended three years ago due to road renewal works, have not started yet. Ahmet Akın stated that he had received many complaints and requests about this issue and he raised the issue to the agenda of the TBMM with a motion for a question. Ahmet Akın's Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Binali Yildirim, asked to answer the proposal as follows;
Karesi Express, which runs between Ankara and Balıkesir, was terminated at 1 April 2013 due to road renovation works. What is the reason why these trains have not started their voyages, even though 3 years have passed?
Is the road renewal completed as a reason for the cancellation of train services completed?
When will Ankara - Balıkesir Karesi Express and Mavi Tren flights start?
