The court decided to cancel the decision of the Public Procurement Board dated 18.03.2015 and numbered 2015 / UY.III-830 and to determine the corrective action pursuant to paragraph (b) of the eleventh paragraph of the article 4734 of the Law numbered 54, he gave. At this stage, corrective action will be carried out. If a joint venture is awarded as a result of the corrective action, the cancellation may come to the agenda since the tender has been concluded.
As it is known, a contract was signed on 75.962.374,60 TL with the joint venture of Öztaş İnşaat - Fernas İnşaat, which won the tender with the approximate cost 40.947.157 TL.
