Sales approval from ÖYK to TCDD's immovables

TCDD's approval of the sale of real estate to PHC Privatization High Council (PHC), Republic of Turkey General Directorate of State Railways Administration (TCDD) for the sale of certain real estate registered in Amasya was approved.

The decisions of ÖYK on the subject were published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the Board, as a result of the privatization tender of 625 separate plots of 3 square meters in the central district of Amasya, Hızırpaşa District registered in the name of TCDD, was sold to Yaşar İnşaat Turizm Taahhüt ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which made the highest bid for 405 thousand TL, 390 thousand TL and 385 thousand TL. gave approval.

In addition, Yaşar İnşaat Turizm Taahhüt ve Ticaret Limited made the highest bid for the land with a surface area of ​​615,05 square meters in the same neighborhood for 366 thousand liras, the land of 668,38 square meters for 1 million 400 thousand liras, and the land with 665,35 square meters for 1 million 350 thousand liras. Company was approved to be sold within the framework of the tender specifications.

Söylemezoğlu Temizlik Ürünleri Taşımacılık Gıda Ticaret ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi, who made the highest bid for 653,41 million 1 thousand lira of the land of 120 square meters in the same neighborhood, gave the highest bid for 658,98 million 1 thousand liras of the land of 190 square meters. Özen Hafriyat Kum Shipping Construction Marble Trade Industry Limited Company for 670 million 1 thousand Turkish Liras on a land of 190 square meters to Sözkesen Construction Trade Industry Real Estate and Tourism Limited Company, which made the highest bid for 671,41 million 1 thousand TL of a land with a surface area of ​​185 square meters. The decision to sell the land with a surface area of ​​662,32 square meters to Enza Yatırım Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi for a price of 1 million 260 thousand TL was approved.

The Board also approved the sale of the same site 3 to the highest bidder companies after privatization tenders.

However, the objections made during the suspension process regarding the change in the zoning plan approved by the Board decision regarding the decision of the "Preferred Usage Area Parking Area and Road" for the 18 thousand 255 square meter parcel registered in the name of TTA Gayrimenkul AŞ, in Edirne's central district, Kirişhane Quarter. denied.
