Suspicious Package Panic at Alsancak Train Station: The suspicious package left in front of the Alsancak Train Station in Konak district of Izmir caused panic. Police teams took action in front of the station where İZBAN Alsancak Station is also located.
The incident took place at Alsancak Train Station, where the İZBAN Alsancak Station is located, at around 21.30 tonight. Citizens who saw a black backpack on the edge of the wall in the traffic lights of the station reported the situation to the police. Upon the notice, police teams who came to the scene took the environmental safety by removing the citizens.
The bag exploded with a detonator appeared to belong to a Syrian refugee. Police teams examined the bag, clothes, diapers and some money reported that Syria.
