Minister Avcı stated that he had allocated 8 billion 230 million pounds budget for vocational and technical education in a part of his speech:

“I am pleased to be at TEI and to be in such a program. As the Ministry of National Education, we give priority to vocational and technical education. For the last 12 years, we have made great efforts to expand the quality of vocational and technical education and to improve its quality. 12 has been something that has never happened before in the year. The largest share of the budget is the Ministry of Education. Previously, the biggest share was in the Ministry of National Defense. There is no drop in the budget of the Ministry of National Defense, but as the Ministry of National Education we have the biggest share. Within the Ministry of National Education, the biggest share is taking vocational and technical education. In the 2002, the budget of the Ministry of National Education was 7,5 billion liras, the share of vocational and technical education in this budget was 750 million liras. This year's budget is telling the Council of Higher Education and universities without adding 62 billion liras. Within this, the share of vocational and technical education is 8 billion 230 million pounds. So this year's vocational and technical education budget is higher than the total budget of the Ministry of National Education in 2002. This is the most concrete expression of the importance we attach to vocational and technical education. As National Education, we show great efforts to strengthen our physical infrastructure, professional and technical infrastructure, but not enough. In cooperation with the related sectors, we strive to increase these opportunities in synergy. Therefore, this study carried out by the Governorship of Eskişehir and TEI is very important for us. I would like to thank everyone who contributed. Katkı

'SUPERIOR INTELLIGENT' AND 'INTERMEDIED' PLACES TO IMPROVE THE BASES
The Ministry of Education stated that there are two problems related to the Hunter, olduğun We are trying to correct the wrong. One of these is 'gifted'. Every child has a talent, but in different fields. So instead we call it 'special talent'. secondly, the term 'intermediate element'. It's like he's been intertwined. We all know that the 'intermediate element' in all sectors is actually the 'main' element. Therefore, we prefer to use the term 'main element' instead of 'intermediate element'. As the Ministry of National Education, we are carrying out joint studies in the field of vocational education in terms of both internship and curriculum design. In the coming days to bring even more comprehensive that we want to spread all over Turkey. For this reason, the protocol here will be a very guiding work for us. Onun
