China's 17,2 billion dollar 3 railway project approval: China's National Development and Reform Commission approved the 109,3 railway project with total investment amounts of 17,2 billion yuan (3 billion dollars).
The Commission approved the project for high-speed railway projects in Hubei and East Jiangsu Province, as well as railway projects linking the provinces of southwestern Greece, Guizhou and Xinjiang.
