TE33A Locomotives Reached to Azerbaijan: The first of 10 TE33A type diesel locomotives ordered by Azerbaijani railways was delivered. The locomotive, which was delivered with a ceremony in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on August 3, reached its destination after a long journey.
The design of TE33A locomotives was made by GE Transportation. The locomotives designed according to the 1520 mm rail clearance will be used for the Kazakhstan railways. No explanation has yet been made about the cost of pollution to be financed by the Kazakhstan Development Bank.
TE33A type locomotives were then pressed to start production in Kazakhstan. Kazakhstan's railways said that the locomotives, which will start production in Kazakhstan, will be used later in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Ukraine.
