24 July 1908 Abdulhamid declared the Constitutional Monarchy by putting the Constitution into effect.
24 July 1920 The Government of Ankara has nationalized its budgets by confiscating all of the railways. The civil servants and workers of the railways owned by foreign companies were counted as government officials. An additional budget was made to cover the costs and revenues of the railways in the government budget.
