The passenger train from Kafour city to Tunisia, the capital city, hit a truck in Fahs district, 100 kilometers from the capital Tunisia. It was stated that there were a mechanic and a truck driver among the dead.
After the incident, many ambulance and civil defense teams went to the scene and the wounded were taken to the nearby hospitals. Interior health and transport ministers came to the scene and made investigations.
