ILCAD 2015 International Level Crossing Safety Conference: ILCAD International Level Crossing has been celebrated with the participation of 44 countries since 28 June 2009 in order to subconsciously place the wrong and dangerous behaviors at level crossings and level crossing areas and to instill the awareness that these accidents can be prevented by obeying the rules of crossing level crossing users. Awareness Day (Conference) will be held in Istanbul on 03 June 2015, hosted by TCDD.
