TD Rail and Prose merged

TD Railway and Prose companies merged: PROSE and TD Railway & Industry, a technical consultancy company in Sweden,
13 decided to join forces to be effective as of April 2015.

TD Railway & Industry Company's main market is in Northern Countries,
PROSE's activities are concentrated in other European countries. The new group will have approximately 180 employees.

PROSE and TD Railway & Industry complement each other in rail competence and markets.
After the merger, a more powerful new group will be able to provide more comprehensive and complicated projects and better and comprehensive services to customers.

TD Railway & Industry is a private company like PROSE and was established in 1988. Since then, it has grown into one of Sweden's largest technical consulting companies.
The company provides industrial design services, specialized services within the infrastructure, products and spare parts and certification services for industrial purposes.

26 Since March 2015, EDIT Srl is a wholly owned company within the PROSE Group. Provides services.

With the new group, the position of PROSE in the field of turn-key engineering and modernization of railway vehicles will be further strengthened.

Until the next notification, as before the merger, each of these three companies will preserve their current names and brands for all projects and for all their customers.
