The rails were lifted and the traffic was relieved: In the past years, the train tracks between Alsancak Station and Izmir Port, which were not used for a long time, were removed from the Port Street by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality teams and the traffic flow was relaxed. Due to the slowing of the vehicles passing over the discharged rails, the bumps affecting the traffic negatively were corrected and asphalted.
