Some roads were closed to traffic on the 8th stage of the bicycle tour organized in Istanbul. The Zincirlikuyu-Söğütlüçeşme metrobus services were canceled. Metrobus passengers who wanted to cross the Anatolian Side had to get off at Zincirlikuyu stop and walk to Beşiktaş. With the cancellation of the Metrobus services, the turnstiles at the Zincirlikuyu stop were closed. Citizens, on the other hand, created long queues at the stall.
Citizens who could not pass to the Anatolian side rebelled.
One citizen said, “I was going to cross Eminönü. I heard it was canceled. I said I'll go with the Metrobus. We can't pass like that either. The other day, they closed the roads as May 1. I went to my friend's wedding hard. Today, I cannot go to meet my friends. ”
