Upon the question about whether Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu and Konak Mayor Sema Pekdaş will be invited to the opening, Yıldırım said, “There has not been a program yet, of course. It is the business of İzmir, there is no discrimination in service. The other day, our President visited Kocaoğlu in his office. He wanted Kocaoğlu to give a speech at the collective opening. Our view of Izmir is through the eyes of service, not with a party badge. Konak, Alsancak, the heart of Izmir, is a good project that will relieve this region and transfer the traffic from the surrounding directly to Yeşildere ”.
