Turkish Airlines (THY) and the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) signed a cooperation protocol to improve the quality of service. Within the framework of the protocol; ”Passenger Relations Training ele will be started for the hostesses working in high-speed trains and for the personnel in the garage. In order to increase the quality of services, the protocol was signed by THY General Manager Assoc. Dr. Temel Kotil was signed by TCDD General Manager Ömer Yıldız.
Speaking at the ceremony, THY General Manager gave information about the works to be done with Kotil protocol. Kotil said, “Our training unit will train the team of YHT, which is responsible for training the THY cabin. We will sign a commercial cooperation protocol. Fast train tickets with THY shafts
Within the scope of the protocol, a joint work program will be carried out on the training of YHT personnel. Ticket promotions will be held jointly in the ticket sales systems of both institutions. It will be ensured that the passengers of both institutions will mutually benefit from the services offered by both institutions such as VIP and CIP Lounge. By integrating the ticket sales systems of both institutions with each other, tickets of both institutions will be offered for sale at the box office, agency and interactive channels. Especially in relation to the transportation to settlements that are not served by THY and located on TCDD lines, domestic and international flight connections and combined transport corridors will be determined and extra discount packages will be defined and offered for sale to combined passengers traveling in these corridors.
