New YHT lines are coming: The works for the high speed train line between Erzincan-Erzurum-Kars, Eskişehir-Antalya, Antalya-Kayseri and Kırıkkale-Samsun are starting.
Turkey comes from the four corners of the new high-speed trains. Studies concerning many cities will accelerate. Erzincan-Erzurum-Kars high-speed train is among the most important lines that will be in the final project phase. With the project that is expected to be connected to the Kars-Baku-Tbilisi railway line, 710 kilometers of railway network will be built. Another final project work will start in Eskişehir. When the Eskişehir-Kütahya-Afyonkarahisar-Antalya line is operational, a strategic high-speed train line will be achieved in terms of tourism. This line of Turkey's biggest tourism city of Antalya; It will also be connected to Istanbul and Bursa. The trains will be 423 kilometers long and will travel at a maximum speed of 250 kilometers.
9 billion 180 million pounds have been allocated for the project. In the 2014 project, the project is being started for the Antalya-Konya-Aksaray-Nevsehir-Kayseri high-speed train line with the EIA approval for the project. The project is allocated 5 billion pounds for the source.
Final project work on the Kırıkkale-Çorum-Samsun line in the Black Sea Region is expected to start this year. It was stated that the line would be 279 kilometers long, and a budget of 10 billion lira was allocated for the engineering and application project. It is stated that more than 5 billion lira will be spent on the construction of the project, which will facilitate both trade and export. In Yerköy-Aksaray-Ulukışla and Yerköy-Kayseri High Speed Train projects, project works are started this year. It was learned that a total of 12 billion TL was allocated for both lines.
